Due to the nature of custom paintwork, all of our work is quoted individually. As an idea, the paintwork for most frames varies between £600- £1000, but there is no upper limit! The best way to start the process is to send us an email with as much information as you can about what you would like to have painted (make, model, material) along with any design and colour ideas you might have. We will then get in touch to discuss your requirements and once we have enough info we will be happy to put a quote together for you. There is no commitment required at this stage.

Yes, absolutely! We offer face to face design consultations and love to talk through projects with our customers. As painting is time-critical, and we cant always stop what we are doing we do ask that all visits are by appointment. So please do get in touch to arrange a convenient date and time; we want to be able to give you our full attention.
Once we have discussed your design and you receive a quote, we then just ask for a small non-refundable deposit (normally £75) to secure a paint slot. This can be paid by BACS, cash or Card.
Yes. A large proportion of our work is conducted by post, allowing us to work with customers throughout the UK and beyond. We just ask that when you send your project to us, please send it with plenty of protective wrapping and a large enough box as we will send in back in the same box. Not sure about shipping, we can organise this for you, we even work with a courier service that will take your whole bike, you don't need to take it apart or package it! Just ask for more details.
This depends a lot on what is being painted. However, we aim to turn most bike frames around within 4-5 weeks. We will keep you updated during the process but would always rather it took a bit longer if needed, to ensure you get the best finish. If you have a specific deadline do let us know during quoting/booking and we can plan work accordingly.
Pretty much anything that fits in our paint booth! Whilst we specialise in all things bike, if it can be painted we will paint it! Other projects we have worked on include a model racing yacht, a Harley Davidson tank and fenders, a wind vane, bottles and signs.
We use wet spray automotive and custom paints for most of teh work you see as these are the best for stencil and custom design work, offering the best finish. There are loads of great paints we can use from standard solid and metallic colours, to pearl, candy, flip/chameleon and metal flake, to name a few; often combining them and using different techniques for the most exciting effects. We also use Cerakote which is a specialist ceramic thin film coating which works extremely well for painting parts and accessories along with Titanium steel and aluminium, it can also be used on carbon parts.
Generally we try to use only paint, opting to create our own stencil work in house always gives the best finish. However we do understand that particular restorations and projects require decals and can look at these on an individual basis, so please get in touch to discuss.
We can also cut sign vinyl if you need this for your project or anything else in your life. We do sell custom Decals kits for Deviate Cycles frames as well.
If you are prepping your own bike frame then we ask that it is fully stripped of all hardware including bottom bracket, headset cups and bearings, and cleaned (including degrease) by yourself. All frame wraps and protection are removed along with any surface stickers unless you want these recreated then please leave on. All sticky residue removed. However, we do offer a full strip and rebuild service and can take care of as much or as little as you would like. So please just ask when discussing your project.
In most cases yes, and we think it's really important to be aware of this. However, we can currently paint Santa Cruz, Deviate Cycles, Pivot Red Chilli, Giant, Canyon, Craft Bikes and ENVE frames along with ENVE components without voiding the warranty. We are always looking to add more brands to this list though, so if you have a warranty with another brand please do not hesitate to contact us and we will happily make the relevant enquiries on your behalf.
Yes absolutely, whilst custom is in the name a big part of what we do is selling standard factory frames and complete bikes along with almost any part and component you can think of. Its actually much quicker, without having the lead time of custom paint we can get your new bike or parts to you ASAP so you can get out on the road or trail and start enjoying them. As always just ask.
Every build is put together specifically for the customer, to ensure you have the parts you want and the bike set up in the way you want it. Check out our complete bikes starting at £4999 in the shop.
We do love a custom build though as the last thing we want is for you to start spending more money on switching out parts on a brand new bike (we have all done it!). Generally we can put a full build together from around £6000 including VAT, however, it's all about the personal service so please do get in touch to discuss exactly what you require and your budget and we will put the best bike together we possibly can, for you.
Yes, no problem. As long as the parts are the correct size/type, we will happily fit them for you to a new frame, however please note we may need to charge for this service.
Absolutely, that's all part of the fun. A lot of riders are quite competent mechanics so we are more than happy to help you get all the parts you need and you can build your own bike at your leisure.
We offer anything from frame only to full build, including everything in between, if you just need some pedals or a headset then no problem. Just let us know what you require and we will do the rest.
Yep, nearly all our brands are available to purchase just like any shop. Although we don't generally hold stock, we can offer great pricing and aim to price match where possible. Please get in touch to check availability and cost for what you need.
